Registration Form

Thank you for considering a registration for Wolf Camp Cooperative programs. The process is relatively simple. Just print out the form, one each per participant, take ten minutes to complete the form(s), include the deposits which are requested on the last page of the form, and mail it to us at the address on its letterhead. There are also other payment options listed on the last page of the registration form, and if you are confused, just include the deposits you feel are appropriate, and we will do the math for you, including discounts that may apply. Our refund policy is that deposits are not refundable unless your registration is not accepted. If you cancel after making any payment, you may receive a credit for a future program, minus a 25% administration fee of total payments made, in case of emergency. You will receive a full refund if your program is canceled and not rescheduled at a time that you can attend. Again, no refund (and not necessarily any credit) is given if a camper is inappropriate at camp.

Registration is now open for all 2008 programs and preparatory information will be sent back to you in the spring after receiving your deposit and registration form.

You have the following options when registering:

  • Download this Microsoft Word Registration Form print it out, one each per participant, and mail the form(s) to us with the deposit(s) listed on its last page to: Wolf Camp, 7933 287th Ave. SE, Monroe WA 98272. We will send a camp preparation packet back to you ASAP. OR IF YOU CAN'T OPEN THAT WORD DOCUMENT, go ahead and try this Simple Text Registration Form BUT PLEASE CLEAN IT UP before printing so that lines don't extend down and it is on AS FEW PAGES AS POSSIBLE.
  • If you just can't get the Microsoft Word version of the registration form to work, or if you prefer that we send you a camp flyer with registration form in the mail, then call us at 360-799-1997 (local in most of Snohomish County and some of King County) or call our cell 319-6892 (local in Skagit & Whatcom Counties) , or email us.

Wolf Camp is not open to the public, and we do not give tours except during our Open House BBQ Work-A-Thon which occurs in 2008 on June 29th, and you are also welcome to RSVP for Helen Thayer's Three Amongst the Wolves Leadership presentation on June 28th. Otherwise, for security of our campers and resident students, anyone who is not not enrolled in a program running at the time of arrival will be escorted off the property immediately. However, camp alumni and their families are always welcome to enjoy the land and lake with a Wolf Boosters membership if they call ahead to confirm that there are no scheduling conflicts. Click here for a Yahoo Map to our rural camp area. Directions to Wolf Camp at Woods Lake are:

Address is 7933 287th Ave. SE, Monroe, WA 98272. This is 1/2 mile before the end of Woods LAKE Road (not to be confused with Woods Creek Road) which is in the City of Sultan emergency response area. Our phone number here is 360-799-1997.

From Monroe: Where Main St. crosses Hwy. 2, go northeast onto Old Owen Road. Continue EXACTLY 5 miles, east on Old Owen Rd., then turn left at Woods Lake Road.

Go approximately 4 miles north. At about 3 miles, you will pass through a rural development of mobile and manufactured homes where the road line paint ends. But just keep following the road, passing the dead end sign, and go another mile until you see a huge clearcut on the right with a view of the mountains on nice days, at the end of which is a house with a bright blue roof that you can see down and down to the right.

Immediately at the end of the (now 5 year old) clearcut (with trees getting 10 feet high or more) take the gravel driveway down and to the right, marked with a little green street sign 287th Ave. SE and 82nd St. SE. Go a block and continue STRAIGHT through the wooden gate posts - do not curve 90 degrees right or go to the end of the main gravel road. It would be helpful if you could manage to drive into camp, turn around, then go back and parrallel park along the driveway facing out. Or you can park further down into camp as directed by staff.
