Camp begins Sunday with pick up at the following locations: SeaTac Airport at 12:00 noon, Sedro Woolley office of the North Casdades Nat'l Park Visitor Center at 810 Moore St. at 1:00; Monroe Grocery Outlet, 405 Butler Ave. at 1:00; Wenatchee Taco Del Mar, Tonasket Pizza Company, 15 W. 4th St., at 6:00.

After reviewing our camp agreements and adding any special rules especially concerning van safety and other issues, we'll secure camp and introduce the week through songs and inspirational stories around the fire. Mon-Fri: Morning wake-up, stretches, washing, and breakfast vary slightly depending on previous evening activities, but if all was quiet by 10:00 p.m. we would awake at 7:00, do warm-ups from 7:30-8:00, and have breakfast from 8:00-9:00 ... 9:00-12:00 is the morning session. 12:00-1:00 is lunch, and 1:00-2:00 is usually swimming time. 2:00-5:00 is the afternoon session. The evenings vary according to our theme for the week. On Friday, we'll pack up after lunch and drive back to our rendezvous location where we'll have a pot-luck with families from 5:00-6:00 and then do excellent presentations for them from 6:00-7:00 so they understand our week together before you depart.

Camp ends on Friday, and we will provide complimentary return transportation, arriving at the Tonasket Pizza Company at 12:00, the Taco Del Mar in Wenatchee at 3:00, the Monroe Grocery Outlet at 5:30, the North Cascades Nat'l Park Visitor Center in Sedro Woolley at 5:30, and SeaTac Airport at 7:00 p.m. You may also stay overnight with us Friday in Puyallup for $50 adults, $100 youth, in order to catch a flight on Saturday. Adults (and accompanied youth) may also choose to stay with the Helms family at their Okanogan cabin over the labor day weekend for an extra fee of $50 per night.
